Role: Full-Stack Developer / Co-Founder
About the Role:
We’re looking for a hands-on full-stack developer to join KeyBidz as a co-founder. Our platform is about 90% complete, and we need a skilled technologist to help us finish development, integrate AI features, and scale the product. You’ll have ownership over the tech side of a near-launch startup and play a key role in shaping the future of real estate sales.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain KeyBidz’s web and backend platform
- Integrate AI-powered features to enhance user experience
- Optimize performance, security, and scalability of the platform
- Collaborate with co-founders to define product roadmap and features
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, testing, and deployment strategies
- Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues
- Maintain clean, well-documented code
Requirements:
- Strong full-stack development skills (React, Node.js, TypeScript/JavaScript)
- Experience with databases (SQL, MongoDB, or similar)
- Cloud deployment experience (AWS, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and backend architecture
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bonus: AI/ML experience, frontend design, DevOps experience, or prior startup experience

Commitment: Full-time (equity-based, co-founder role)
