CoFounder FullStack Developer Equity Role (Puesto de cofundador)

Role: Full-Stack Developer / Co-Founder

About the Role:

We’re looking for a hands-on full-stack developer to join KeyBidz as a co-founder. Our platform is about 90% complete, and we need a skilled technologist to help us finish development, integrate AI features, and scale the product. You’ll have ownership over the tech side of a near-launch startup and play a key role in shaping the future of real estate sales.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain KeyBidz’s web and backend platform
• Integrate AI-powered features to enhance user experience
• Optimize performance, security, and scalability of the platform
• Collaborate with co-founders to define product roadmap and features
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, testing, and deployment strategies
• Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues
• Maintain clean, well-documented code

Requirements:

• Strong full-stack development skills (React, Node.js, TypeScript/JavaScript)
• Experience with databases (SQL, MongoDB, or similar)
• Cloud deployment experience (AWS, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and backend architecture
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bonus: AI/ML experience, frontend design, DevOps experience, or prior startup experience
