I am a Senior Systems Architect with over 20 years of experience in lead technical roles. I am looking for a Commercial Co-Founder (CCO) to transform a high-performance AI prototype into a market-leading enterprise.

Unlike most early-stage startups, AgriBlick is not just a concept. The core engine is fully developed, the cloud-native architecture is built for scale, and the computer vision pipeline is already functional. I have built the "Brain"—I now need a strategic partner to be the "Voice" and the "Hustle" to lead our market entry.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

  • Market Entry & Sales: Build the sales funnel from scratch and secure our first 10 pilot customers within the German orchard and forestry sectors.
  • Capital & Strategy Lead: Drive the application strategy for non-dilutive funding and public grants to secure founder salaries and R&D costs (e.g., EXIST, SAB InnoStartBonus, ZIM, or KMU-innovativ).
  • Venture Capital: Prepare the company for Pre-Seed and Seed rounds with Business Angels and AgTech-focused VCs once we achieve initial traction.
  • Business Operations: Shape the pricing model, go-to-market strategy, and long-term partnership roadmap.
  • Networking: Represent AgriBlick as the commercial face of the company at AgTech events and in front of institutional investors.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Native-Level German: Essential for navigating the DACH market, negotiating with agricultural cooperatives, and handling German federal grant applications.
  • Founder Mentality: You aren't looking for a job; you want to build a company. You are comfortable with an equity-heavy role and have the drive to push through the "zero-to-one" phase.
  • Sales & Execution Power: You have a proven track record (or the undeniable talent) for B2B cold outreach and relationship management.
  • Academic Background: A university degree is required to qualify for specific German founder scholarships (EXIST).
  • Industry Interest: A passion for AgTech, Sustainability, or Deep Tech.
