Descripción
We're seeking a Technical Co-Founder to join us at the ground level of a high-potential B2B AI SaaS startup in the financial services/life insurance industry.
We’ve validated the problem, secured early industry interest & traction (pre-revenue), and built the business framework/POC. We’re now looking for a visionary full-stack developer and AI expert to own the product roadmap and bring the platform up to MVP standards and subsequently to market.

🔧 What You’ll Do:
- Lead all things tech — architecture, development, infrastructure, deployment & security
- Build and scale our platform using Microsoft Azure
- Own the full-stack: frontend, backend, databases, APIs, and DevOps
- Drive AI/ML integration across the product to unlock automation & insights
- Collaborate on product strategy, innovation, and roadmap planning
- Help raise funding, hire/lead the tech team, and shape the company culture
🧠 What You Bring:
- Proven experience as a full-stack developer and technical founder or early-stage startup engineer
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure ecosystem (App Services, Functions, DB, DevOps, etc.)
- Strong AI/ML skills (NLP, LLMs, data pipelines, model deployment)
- Ability to build scalable and secure SaaS platforms from scratch
- Startup mindset — resourceful, fast-moving, energetic, committed and relentlessly curious
- Bonus: FinTech or InsurTech experience (from a compliance, security & sensitivity approach)
